Our service
We work closely with you every step of the way:
Step 1 - Briefing
Your consultant will take a complete brief to understand your needs and give advice if required. This briefing process will cover:
- the skills you need
- any diversity gaps in your Board
- your priorities when selecting candidates
- your organisation's strategy
- the current Board composition and dynamics.
Step 2 – Recruitment preparation
We will prepare and agree all the key materials and information with you including role profiles, search criteria, a recruitment schedule and a recruitment pack.
Step 3 – Search
We then get to work to identify potential candidates through a comprehensive and targeted search, making proactive approaches to potential candidates. Reaching way beyond the usual charity networks, we use:
- the extensive networks built by our experienced consultants
- our unique access to the Reach community
- commercial tools including LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
Step 4 – Shortlisting
We then present a shortlist of relevant, engaged candidates, as well as offering support with selection, interviewing and onboarding if required.
