Opportunity description

We are looking for an experience IT professional with strong experience of Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) systems, following last year Social Action for Health began implementing Salesforce into the organisation.

The role

At present Salesforce is running on one project in finance and HR and will gradually role out in the coming projects over the coming year.

The role would involve supporting all aspects of the Advice project with their Salesforce system, updating information and dealing with all related administrative work.

In addition, assist the IT area in supporting the recent implementation of Salesforce in the Finance and HR area.

Person description

We are looking for an experienced IT professional. The skilled volunteer would need to approach their work flexibly, be adaptable, have good written and verbal communication skills and be  able to work with an eclectic staff team.

Adhere to our people values, be self motivated and have experience of working to deadlines.
